• Both apartments have convenient access from the driveway and garden areas
• Sucha is accessed via a shared entrance and internal staircase
• The driveway and parking areas can comfortably accommodate several vehicles
• During winter months, mountain weather conditions should be taken into consideration when travelling
Families & Children
• Travel cot and high chair available on request
• Books, games and toys are available for younger guests
• The enclosed garden offers plenty of outdoor space for children to explore and play
• As the property is surrounded by nature and includes access to the stream, younger children should always be supervised outdoors
• One of the bedrooms in Sucha is especially suited to younger guests and children
Pets
Although we love animals, we unfortunately cannot accommodate guest pets due to our own dog living on-site.
Firepit & Outdoor Areas
• Guests are welcome to enjoy the firepit and outdoor seating areas during their stay
• An additional BBQ is available in the garden
• The stream and surrounding forest create a peaceful outdoor space to relax throughout the afternoon and evening
• Outdoor areas may occasionally need to be reserved around retreat or group bookings
WiFi & Working Remotely
• Fast fibre internet is available throughout both apartments
• The peaceful setting makes Beskidzka Apartments especially suited to remote working and slower work stays
• Comfortable seating and table space allow guests to work, read or simply slow down for a while

Accessibility & Stairs
Due to the mountain setting and layout of the apartments, the property may not be suitable for guests with significant mobility difficulties.
• Sucha is located upstairs and accessed via internal stairs
• Mokra is located upstairs and accessed via external stairs
• Some sleeping areas include lower ceilings and smaller stair access
• Outdoor paths and garden areas are natural and uneven in places
Fireplace
• A traditional fireplace is available in Sucha during cooler months
• Firewood guidance can be provided if needed
• The fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere during autumn and winter stays
